This Privacy Policy explains how Apex Vanguard Dynamics LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), operating Metatrader-VPS.com (the "Service"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data about you ("you", "Customer", "User"), and the rights you have over that data.

3.3 Content on your VPS You may store and process your own data ("Content") on your VPS, which may include personal data of third parties. For Content that you place on your VPS, you are the controller and we act as a processor acting on your instructions; you are responsible for having a lawful basis and appropriate notices for that data. We do not access the contents of your VPS except as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, or support the Service, to respond to your requests, or as required by law.
We do not intentionally collect special-category data (such as health, biometric, or political data) about you through the account process, and you should not send us such data unless necessary.

The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
The Service may link to or interoperate with third-party websites, brokers, and software (including MetaTrader). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties; review their privacy policies separately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
